We support women who are economically inactive, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to re-enter the workforce or pursue meaningful opportunities. Additionally, we provide tailored support for women who are required to work under Universal Credit rules, guiding them through the process and helping them navigate the challenges they may face in securing sustainable employment. Our goal is to ensure that every woman, regardless of her starting point, has the resources and support necessary to achieve her full potential.
Our Vision

Our Aim
Is to support women, mostly mothers, facing multiple disadvantages into work, training and volunteering.

Our Ethos
Is to reach out and support women within the communities where they live and to create a community of women to offer inspiration and mutual support to each other.

We empower women
By giving them the tools and knowledge to set out their tailored road map for a brighter future.

Our approach
Is holistic involving seminar sessions, one to one support, access to our award-winning Grow App and Newsletter and community events both in person and online.

We partner with training providers
To offer tailored courses online and in person and help design courses to fit around the needs of women including providing these close to where the women live, the timings within school hours, providing a creche for those with pre-school aged children or online courses to fit around any caring needs.

We are inclusive
Helping women who are less well served by mainstream provision including women whose first language is not English, those who have no or low qualifications, those who have never worked or who have never worked in the UK and single mothers.
