Calling Mums in Leicester – we can help you get ready for work

We are here in Leicester to support Mums to get ready for training, volunteering and work Our programme will give you the confidence, motivation and the practical support to help you achieve your goals.

We can offer extra help to those with English as a second language, have low or no qualifications, or have never worked.

Our delivery team have come through the programme so as well as their expertise they have a deep empathy and understanding of how to take advantage of what is on offer

The GRoW programme gave me the confidence to take the next step on my journey to work. I loved working with the other women and felt I was able to build my own bridge back to work. I am now working in a school and love my job because it suits my family life.
